Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use Kiyavaa, you agree to these Terms. You may use Kiyavaa only for lawful educational purposes. You must not commit fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the Service, bypass access or usage limits, share paid access, or use Kiyavaa in a way that harms the Service or another person.

Some features may require you to create or access an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping it current, protecting your password, and all activity carried out through your account. You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Kiyavaa provides AI tutoring, practice questions and marking, mock exams, revision plans, notes, mistake review, progress information, and image-based analysis of handwritten answers, calculations, tables, graphs and diagrams. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular syllabus or mark scheme. It is educational support, not a guaranteed grade or a substitute for a teacher, official examiner guidance, or professional advice. You are responsible for checking important answers.

Kiyavaa's software, design, branding, documentation and original materials remain owned by its operators or licensors. Your plan gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or copy Kiyavaa, or remove ownership marks.

If Kiyavaa allows you to upload, submit or create content, you remain responsible for that content. You agree that you have the rights needed to submit it. You must not submit illegal content, hateful or abusive material, harmful instructions, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive deepfakes, malware, attempts to bypass AI safeguards, or content that infringes another person's rights. You keep ownership of your content and grant Kiyavaa a limited licence to process it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service. We may filter, refuse or remove content and suspend repeat infringers. Rights holders may report concerns using the contact details in section 15.

We may change, update, suspend or discontinue parts of Kiyavaa at any time. We do not guarantee that Kiyavaa will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Free accounts receive daily limits for eligible AI features without needing purchased AI credits. Active Premium plans receive a recurring monthly AI-credit allowance, and eligible Premium subscribers may buy non-expiring top-up credits. Monthly credits are used before top-up credits. Limits, allowances and the credit cost of a feature may change to reflect service cost or misuse prevention. Credits are a licence to use eligible Kiyavaa AI features, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be withdrawn.

Access to notes is set by Kiyavaa's administrators. Free users may read notes marked free in full. For Premium-only notes, free users receive a limited preview and the remaining pages stay locked. Active Premium users may read the full note while their plan remains active. Exam countdowns and other Premium tools depend on the subject and exam-date information you provide and may not reflect official timetable changes.

Kiyavaa is developed, created and operated by Furushaan Hussain and Jazlaan Mohamed as a partnership. The partnership is the seller of the products and subscriptions offered through the Service. By making a purchase, you are contracting with the partnership of Furushaan Hussain and Jazlaan Mohamed, not a company or organisation.

Payments are made only by direct bank transfer. After you submit a payment slip, our team verifies it before activating a plan or adding top-up credits. Kiyavaa does not process card payments and does not use Paddle or another checkout provider. Plans do not renew automatically: access continues for the purchased period and ends unless you make and submit a new bank transfer. Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise or we confirm a duplicate or incorrect payment after review.

We use service providers for hosting, account management, email and AI processing. AI requests may be sent to providers including DeepSeek and OpenAI, depending on the feature and task. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. Kiyavaa is not responsible for services operated independently by them.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, attempts to evade limits, or repeated or serious misuse. You may stop using Kiyavaa at any time. When access ends, paid features stop and account information may be retained or deleted as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by law.

Kiyavaa is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantee that the Service or AI output will always be accurate, secure, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a specific exam result. Implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kiyavaa and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we may provide notice through Kiyavaa or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Kiyavaa after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
